TIRANA, Nov 2 /ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama today posted a video showing how pensioners can use voice commands to access services through the “e-Albania” platform, with the help of its virtual assistant, Diella.
The video demonstrates how Diella can be used to obtain information about pension entitlements, register with a family doctor and report a lost passport.
The video then shows how the process of registering with a family doctor can be initiated through voice commands, with the user specifying the city and healthcare centre where the application will be processed.
Diella also guides users through opening and filling out the form, automatically entering their personal information and asking for the required details about the lost document and the circumstances of its loss.
According to Rama, 19 services can now be accessed more easily by pensioners through voice commands. Users can also log in to the “e-Albania” platform using Face ID or fingerprint recognition once these features have been activated.
He encouraged citizens to follow the instructions in the video to learn how to access digital services through direct voice interaction with Diella.
