TIRANA, June 27 /ATA/ Applications are now open for fresh graduates of Bachelor’s or Master’s programs who are interested in gaining work experience through internships in public institutions.
The Minister of State for Youth and Children, Bora Muzhaqi, emphasized in a video on social media that “the tenth call of the National Internship Program is now open. It will remain open for 45 days and, this time, offers more opportunities than ever before.”
“Six hundred young people aged 21 to 29, who have completed their Bachelor’s or Master’s studies, will be able to apply and carry out their internships in the Public Administration, receiving dedicated training from the Albanian School of Public Administration, as well as financial compensation to cover expenses during the internship,” said Muzhaqi.
Meanwhile, the 250 highest-performing candidates will be eligible for a one-year employment contract with the institution in which they completed their internship.
The internship will run from September to December 2025, and to take part in the National Internship Program, young individuals are required to submit their applications online.
The National Internship Program is designed to offer participants a valuable experience that enhances their professional, academic, and personal skills. It also facilitates engagement with state administration bodies and other public or private institutions.
Institutions select interns for one-year employment contracts based on their performance evaluations and the specific needs of each institution.
