TIRANA, April 15 /ATA/ President Bajram Begaj held special meetings in Pristina with Albanian and international leaders, who participated in the “Women, Peace and Security” forum.
According to the press release of the president’s office, President Begaj met today with the Prime Minister of North Macedonia Talat Xhaferri, with whom he talked about the developments in North Macedonia, the role of the Albanian factor, the deepening of bilateral cooperation and projects with common interest within the framework of international organizations.
“President Begaj considered the Albanian factor in North Macedonia as “a state-forming element, which continues to play a role in maintaining stability in the Republic of North Macedonia, which has not only given and continues to make a vital contribution to the governance of the country and has played a decisive role in the Euro-Atlantic processes”, is read in the press release of the President’s Office.
“The President of the Republic wished that the technical government in North Macedonia headed by the Albanian Prime Minister Talat Xhaferri successfully fulfills the mandate, proving the leader’s respect for the citizens of North Macedonia, stability and the development of free and democratic elections there”, the press release concludes./p.s./
