TIRANA, Oct. 17 /ATA/ – A youth protest outside Albania’s Ministry of Education continued for a fifth consecutive day on Saturday, amid tensions and clashes with police.
Protesters threw stones at police and placed rubbish bins in the middle of the road before setting them on fire.
Police responded with tear gas and water cannons, dispersing the demonstrators.
