TIRANA, Sept 12 /ATA/ The Ministry of Health and Social Protection announced on Monday that in the last 24 hours, of 176 tests performed, 17 citizens have tested positive, 1 person has died and 172 citizens have recovered.
The new cases were detected in the following municipalities: 6 in Lushnjë, 3 in Tirana, 2 citizens each in Kavajë, Durrës, 1 citizen each in Has, Divjakë, Mallakastër, Selenicë.
There are 1,357 active cases of COVID-19 throughout the country.
Currently, 13 patients are receiving treatment at the COVID 3 hospital. In the last 24 hours, there has been 1 fatality due to Sars-Cov-2: an 84-year-old citizen from Tirana.
172 citizens have recovered during the last 24 hours, bringing the number of cured cases to 324,964 since the onset of the epidemic.
