Koçiu: Police serving citizens, even during challenging hours of protests

TIRANA, October 16 /ATSH/ – Deputy Prime Minister Albana Koçiu has commended the dedication of State Police officers during the protest in Tirana, sharing footage on social media of officers guiding citizens to avoid areas where protests are taking place.

“Even during the most challenging hours, the State Police are there—serving the citizens and ensuring public safety,” wrote Koçiu.

She highlighted that police officers are assisting citizens, the passersby and tourists with patience and professionalism by directing them toward safe routes and advising them to avoid problematic areas.

“Because behind every uniform is a human being who, even in the most difficult moments, has a duty to look after everyone’s safety,” appreciated Koçiu, as she extended her thanks and expressed gratitude to the State Police officers.
