TIRANA, March 10 /ATA/ The Ministry of Health and Social Protection informed that in the last 24 hours of 1239 tests performed, 67 citizens have tested positive for COVID-19.
Positive cases have been identified in the following municipalities: 23 in Tirana, 4 citizens in Durrës, Vlora, 3 citizens in Elbasan, Dropull, Saranda, Delvina, 2 citizens in Kamza, Fier, Lushnja, Divjaka, 1 citizen in Kuçova, Devoll, Memaliaj, Libohovë, Gjirokastër, Mallakastër, Dibër, Kurbin, Mirditë, Lezhë, Tropojë, Has, Kukës, Fushë Arrëz, Malësi e Madhe, Shkodër.
MoHSP informed that “there are 1119 active cases of COVID-19 countrywide.”
Currently, 44 patients are getting medical care in COVID hospitals, of whom 5 are in a more serious condition.
In the last 24 hours, a citizen from Tirana 82 years old has died.
Also, “100 citizens have recovered in the last 24 hours, bringing the number of cured cases to 267,876 since the outset of the epidemic.”
