TIRANA, Dec. 15/ATA/ The Council of Ministers (CoM) approved today the decision “On expropriation, in the public interest, of the owners of immovable properties, private property, affected by the implementation of the project on the construction of the road segment TEG Node.”
According to this decision, the owners of immovable properties, private property, who have been expropriated following the Council of Ministers’ decision will be compensated fully according to the respective measure, for the assets of the type “land”, “arable land” and “building”, worth 64 499 504 (sixty four million four hundred ninety nine thousand five hundred four) ALL.
Total value of expropriation of 64 499 504 ALL will be borne by the Albanian Road Authority.
While, the procedural costs worth 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL, will be borne by the Albanian Road Authority. //a.i/
