TIRANA, June 18 /ATA/ The Fiscalization process, which is expected to have a significant impact on reduction of informality, is running at high rates across the country.
Minister of Finance and Economy, Anila Denaj, stopped on Friday at the Regional Tax Directorate of Saranda, where she discussed the progress of the process as a reform that is modernizing invoicing.
“I asked for full commitment to inform and support the business, in order to properly implement and avoid any problems,” said Denaj.
In Saranda so far there are 192 fiscalized entities, while 143 entities are in the application process.
From 1 January, invoices issued to public / state entities must be electronic invoices, which are exchanged through the central invoicing platform.
This is the first step towards adopting an innovative system, which facilitates and accelerates the work processes and communication with the Tax Administration.
Invoicing fiscalization has a positive effect on the whole economy, but especially on businesses, as the automated electronic invoice exchange saves time and is safer.
