TIRANA, June 9/ATA/ The Independent Qualification Commission announced on Wednesday the decision to dismiss from office Judge of the Court of Elbasan Tomorr Kullolli.
In the first hearing held on June 2, the Commission found financial impossibility for all real estate owned by Kullolli; a two-storey house and an apartment in Elbasan; as well as another apartment in Tirana.
Financial impossibilities were also identified in creation of a cash balance in 2014 and for the education of children in universities in France and Italy in the years 2015-2016. From the general financial analysis performed by the Commission, there came out financial impossibility in the total amount of 37 million 555 thousand ALL.
Tomorr Kullolli started his career in the justice system in 1995 and has been working as a judge in the Elbasan District Court for more than two decades. In 2019, the State Police publicly denounced Kullolli for the decision to drop the criminal case and release Florenc Çapja from prison, a person with a criminal record accused by the Prosecution of attempted murder and illegal possession of weapons. /a.a/p.s./
