TIRANA, May 27 /ATA/ – The Complaints and Sanctions Commission (CSC) dismissed the request of the Democratic Party for obtaining additional evidence in the region of Elbasan.
“CSC decides to administer the evidence as presented. Meanwhile, the CSC dismissed the request for obtaining additional evidence. Given that two CSC members requested cross checking of electronic identification data, this request is not subject to debate. The CEC will make them available to the parties, ” the rapporteur, Elvin Lako said.
Earlier on Thursday, the Complaints and Sanctions Commission dropped the request of the Democratic Party, which sought the election invalidity in the region of Tirana.
