TIRANA, March 17 /ATA/ The SP candidate for MP, Deputy Minister of Interior, Romina Kuko has described the SP list as a “the list of hope” likening the opposition list to “a list of relics.”
In a televised interview, Kuko said the SP deserves a third term, as it has proved with facts that it can govern the country with dignity.
She illustrated her point with two examples, the management of situation in the aftermath of November 26, 2019 earthquake and pandemic impact during 2020-2021.
“Suffice it to mention the social approach that SP has adopted, earthquake management and reconstruction program, administrative-territorial reform, justice reform, etc., I think that citizens can tell the difference between a party that has given proof of its work and yet continues to invigorate itself, so it is not recycling itself or presenting other alternatives that have tried themselves in government and are just introduced as a recycling list,” said Kuko.
Considering herself as a person with social justice sensitivities, she said she would continue to engage in politics regardless of the outcome in the April 25th elections.
