TIRANA, March 15 /ATA/ – The reconstruction sites in Kurbin and all quake-affected areas across the country are a significant embodiment of our power to transform the country, Prime Minister Edi Rama said in his remarks at an event to present the candidates for his governing Socialist Party in the district of Lezhe on Monday.
“The 11 reconstruction sites launched as part of the post-earthquake reconstruction program in Kurbin are the most significant embodiment of this government’s power to transform the country and its commitment to people so that nobody is left alone. Laç will be the town radiating this power for change and our commitment to the citizens,” PM Rama said.
The government head noted that the reconstruction and other infrastructure projects will totally transform the area of Kurbin into a tourist and economic development destination.
PM Rama underlined that important investment projects have also been implemented in the town of Laç, with the Saint Ndou church being an important religious tourism destination.
