The 120-unit apartment complex is divided into four multi-family homes. Construction of the 128 single-family homes is nearing its completion. Construction of the apartment buildings is scheduled to complete by August and September, whereas construction of the single family homes is expected to complete within a month. In the meantime, 95% of the public infrastructure has completed.”
“We have received confirmation from the Abu Dhabi fund about the first contract on the Spitalle complex project and the agreement is set to be signed this week. The site preparation and infrastructure work is already underway there and construction of the first group of apartment complex will begin soon,” PM Rama said.
“This is a residential complex for the ordinary families and not for wealthy people,” Rama said.
