TIRANA, October 13/ATA/ The weather forecast on Tuesday shows an overcast day and occasional rains which at times assumes the form of showers and hail especially in the Western Lowlands.
There will be light snow in the Alps and the Northeastern areas of the country.
The wind will blow in the Southeast-Southwest direction at 3-10 m/sec while in the coastal area it will get stronger and blow up to 18 m/sec.
The sea will have a force of 3 and 5 degrees and the waves will be 3.2 meters high.
