TIRANA, July 21/ATA/- Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent today the form for self-declaration of assets to four citizens in Berat.
OFL said that, “In the framework of implementation of the Special Law on Wealth Measures against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, OFL has sent written requests for self-declaration of sources of wealth to citizens: D. Zh., resident of Berat, convicted by Lushnja Judicial District Court for the criminal offense “Exploitation of prostitution in aggravating circumstances”, A. Zh., resident of Berat, convicted by Vlora Judicial District Court for the criminal offense “Exploitation of prostitution in aggravating circumstances” “; BH, resident in Berat, convicted by the Court of the Judicial District of Berat, for the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”, committed in collaboration with AV, resident of Berat, convicted by the Court of the Judicial District of Berat, for the criminal offense of “Cultivation of narcotic plants ”.
These individuals, as the subject of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to the SPAK, for further action.
OFL is in constant action and is carrying out complex actions for the imposition of emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as for sending self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law./k.s/ /a.g/p.s./
