TIRANA, June 2 /ATA/- In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 2 citizens, residents in Kukës.
Specifically, the request for self-declaration of wealth resources was sent to the citizens Mr. M, resident in Kukës, sentenced to 10 years in prison by the Tirana Judicial District Court for the criminal offense “theft with serious consequences”, as well as B. A, resident in Kukës, convicted by Puka Judicial District Court for the criminal offense “armed robbery” committed in collaboration.
“These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action.” , it is stated in the OFL notice
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law./a.gjonaj//a.g/p.s./
