TIRANA, December 5 /ATA/- The Independent Qualification Commission confirmed today in office the Prosecutor of Serious Crimes Doloreza Musabelliu, who is also a candidate for the Special Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime, SPAK.
Prosecutor Musabelliu faced the re-evaluation process on Monday for all three criteria – wealth, image purity and professionalism.
The panel of the Independent Qualification Commission was composed by Alma Faskaj, chair, Firdes Shuli rapporteur and Pamela Qirko member. Mia Roessingh was in the capacity of international observer.
Musabelliu graduated from the School of Magistrates in 2002-2005 and was subsequently appointed prosecutor in the Prosecution Office of Serious Crimes. She has served in this prosecution office for 14 years./gj.mima/ /a.g/p.s./
