Free services for citizens, burden borne by government

TIRANA, November 25/ATA/- The Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama attended the formal presentation of the Special Package against organized crime “Catch What You Can” taking place on November 25, in Tirana.

In his speech, the Premier Rama touched the Public Private Partnership (PPP) issue stating that, the projects on construction of roads through Public Private Partnership provide better service quality to citizens in a short time, while the burden is borne by the state budget.

“Arbër Highway is one of the most successful examples of PPPs. This road, expected to be completed in the early 2000s, is currently becoming a reality thanks to a PPP which will complete the works on road construction within 3 years, at no additional cost to taxpayers,” the Premier Rama said.//a.i/
