ADISA mobile office offering public services in Zall-Herr

TIRANA, November 16 /ATA/- The agency for the Delivery of Integrated Services (ADISA) is becoming more and more helpful through its mobile office to the citizens who live in distant places from the state offices so that they receive the services they want near their dwelling place.

The van under the ADISA logo has begun since a month ago its journey of offering services in the areas where the public service offices are absent.

Tirana and Shkodra are the two regions where the pilot project is being implemented according to schedule. The Albanian Telegraphic Agency journalist traveled with the ADISA mobile office in the Zall-Herr administrative unit in Tirana. The citizens looked enthusiastic about the initiative.

Renata Shehi, specialist at the ADISA Regional Office in Tirana, said the flow is high. “We have been accommodated in the van since the launch of this initiative on 10 October. There are currently three units: Zall-Herr, Baldushk and Shengjergj, as we wait to start work in Kërrabë. We provide services of the Cadastre Agency and the Health Insurance Institute. The flow has been high; the citizens have received the right information and have made applications. In every unit we show up once a week: on Tuesday in Baldushk, on Wednesday in Shengjergj and on Thursday in Zall-Herr, ” said Shehi.

Xhavit Xhepa, head of the Zall-Herr Service division, said the office has made life easier for about 12,000 people. “The administrative unit of Zall-Herr has 10 villages, with about 12,000 inhabitants, who will no longer have to travel to Tirana, changing 3-4 bus lines. The ADISA office is a great opportunity. This is the beginning of this work. We have informed all the residents and we think that in the future the influx will be further increased. This innovation comes in a timely fashion and helps residents from Herra, Lesser Priska, Qenami, remote villages, where it takes 2-3 bus lines to reach Tirana. We also know the huge influx of citizens in the Tirana Cadastre offices, and here I see, all the interested people finish work very quickly, a great help ”, – said Xhepa./r.e/j.p/p.s./
