TIRANA, Sept 19 /ATA/ Parliament overrode Thursday two decrees of President of the Republic.
Thus, the Assembly overrode with 85 votes the Decree of President of the Republic “On some additions and amendments to law no. 7895, dated 27.1.1995, “Criminal Code of the Republic of Albania”, as amended.
The Assembly also overrode with 78 votes the Decree of President of the Republic “On return of law no. 53/2019 “On the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Albania.”
Parliament approved today the draft law “On ratification of the Financing Agreement between the Republic of Albania, the Republic of Kosovo and the European Commission on the IPA II Cross-border Cooperation Program, Albania – Kosovo 2014-2020, allocations for 2017”.
Parliament also approved the draft law “On Ratification of the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Albania and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the Project for Facilitation of Trade and Transport in the Western Balkans with Multi-Stage Programmatic Approaches”
Parliament also approved the bill on climate change.
