TIRANA, Sept 1 /ATA/ By A. Fortuzi/- Parliament Speaker, Gramoz Ruci, sent a letter of greeting to President of Assembly, Fadil Kajoshaj, the Mayor, Nik Gjeloshaj, and the inhabitants of Municipality of Tuzi on the occasion of September 1, the Day of Tuzi commune.

“I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the invitation you sent me to attend the celebration of Tuzi Commune Day. I would love to enjoy with you this important day for the commune of Tuzi as well as for Montenegro Albanians. But for work reasons, against my wish, it is impossible for me to attend the solemnity of this celebration,” Ruci said.

“September 1, the day the commune of Tuzi municipality was declared an independent one, is a marked day not only for Tuzi residents and Albanians in Montenegro, but for all Albanians.
