TIRANA, June 20 /ATA/- “June 30 is the municipal election date and taking the process hostage is an attempt to close the door to Albania EU accession negotiations”, stated today at the Parliament Prime Minister Edi Rama.
The prime minster pointed to the tapping materials that were not investigated, but handed over to political parties and then published in German press coinciding with the time of protests in Albania.
The head of government said that the opposition is doing an imaginary revolution because its stance is not in accordance with the country’s image that is ready to open the EU accession negotiations.
The prime minister said that the opponents are attempting to do the impossible of blowing up the bridge built with so many efforts of connecting with Europe.
