TIRANA, June 20/ATA/- The representatives of NGOs, municipal departments, civil society, as well as councilors of the Municipal Council attended Thursday the meeting in the light of the presentation of the Elbasan Municipality budget performance report for 2018.
According to the Deputy Mayor of Elbasan, Vesa Liço, the presentation of the budget performance report comes in the light of the project “Strong Municipalities”implemented by the municipality of Elbasan and supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
Liço praised the work done so far in term of preparing the report, which summarizes the financial situation, revenues, expenditures according to the main budget execution programs for 2018.
While, the project manager of the “Strong Municipalities”, Jaspues Merat, congratulated the staff members engaged in drafting this report, underlining the Elbasan Municipality has achieved great achievement in increasing transparency and accountability.//a.i/
