TIRANA, April 4 /ATA/ –The Regional Agency of Protected Areas in Gjirokastra, Kukës and Elbasan participated in the workshop organized by the NaturAl and ACAP project entitled “The conflict between humans and wildlife, assessing the current status”.
The meeting focused on monitoring methodology of wildlife conservation in Protected Areas through photos and videos of camera traps.
The training which took place in the backdrop of protected landscape Vjosa-Narta focused on the practical exercise of installing electric fences as a measure to mitigate the conflicts between animal farmers and wild fauna present in the protected areas.
