TIRANA, July 23/ATA/-Prosecution Office Tirana opened penal procedures on the former prosecutor general Adriatik Llalla. Following investigation, there were raised questions on some immovable properties in possession of Llalla that can be a product of penal crime.
Tirana Court of the First Instance on Serious Crimes accepted the request of the Prosecution Office and ruled wealth sequestration, “preventive sequestration”, of Llalla’s immovable properties.
Albania’s police executed on Monday the court ruling on sequestration of the immovable properties belonging to the former prosecutor general Llalla.
Llalla’s sequestrated properties included a 67.2 m² flat in Durrës; an arable land of 4.500 m² in Tirana; arable land of 12.300 m² in Tirana; arable land of 3000 m² in Tirana; arable land 2250 m² in Tirana.
The sequestrated immovable properties were estimated at 98.772.000 lekë.
