TIRANA, July 23/ATA/- Albania archaeological sites are being visited more and more by the foreign tourists who come to our country.
The history and mystery they carry and that reveal a lot about our traces as Albanians arouse the curiosity of the tourists who visit these spots for the first time.
Amantia Archaeological Park in Vlora was busy with the numerous tourists from different European countries at the weekend. They gave the most positive impressions on this wonderful site that has recently got improved into a worthy place for welcoming of the foreign tourists and local visitors.
A French tourist said: “It was worth finding this site and when one is on the upper part it looks wonderful and as if from a plane. And when on the stairs of the stadium one feels like being a spectator of the time. It was wonderful.”
Another German tourist expressed her enthusiasm at having the opportunity of getting to know about the monuments and the one thousand year life of the city. “I would recommend the place to everyone”, said she.
Another French tourist who visited Amantia for the second time considered the site extraordinary and special. “A skilled archaeologist explained things to us in a crystal clear way and I would recommend to all to visit this site that is beyond time”./j.p/p.s./
