TIRANA, May 16 /ATA/ – By Maela Marini/ – “ The results from a scientific examination of the audio recording published by the opposition will suffice to say that this is not a criminal act but an attempt to deceive public opinion by means of manipulated materials with the aim of dealing a blow to the govt. and destroying the last segment of the path towards the opening of EU accession negotiations.
PM Edi Rama stated on Wednesday that the biggest challenge lying ahead of Albanian justice is that prosecution and courts should prove the truth.
This is what PM Edi Rama said adding that regarding the compromising material, he received the results of scientific examination conducted in one of the most prestigious labs.
That result suffices not to raise the voice at investigation or scream montage, instead that result suffices to say it is not a criminal act, Rama said.
“Rama said that the result of this scientific examination which shows no shred of suspicion about illegal activity although it has no legal value, because the investigation has to continue, suffices to reinforce the idea that Minister of Interior should remain in this post.
