Radica said that the Albanian community is very important suggesting that Tollo’s system could be used as a role model.
Radica expressed his willingness to offer scholarships for Albanian students who will study on Tollo’s system.
State Minister for Diaspora Majko expressed the intention of establishing a relationship with regional authorities, playing a key role in the emigration policies.
