TIRANA, May 14 /ATA/- The number of active entities has increased in the first four months 2018 as compared to the corresponding period the previous year.
In concrete terms, on the basis of data obtained by General Directorate of Taxes, the number of taxpayers who have declared activity from January through to April 2018 amounted to 112 101.
From January through to April 2017 the number of taxpayers who declared activity hit 108 621.
In comparison to the corresponding period the previous year, the number of taxpayers declaring activity has increased by 3 480 or around 3.2% more.
General Tax Directorate is committed to assisting the taxpayers with professional counselling in order for them to meet their tax liabilities in line with the legislation in force.
