French wine producers and Albanian distributors seek to strengthen trade ties

TIRANA, Oct. 19 /ATA/ – Wine industry professionals gathered in Tirana for “Tastin’ France”, an initiative by Business France aimed at promoting the quality and heritage of French wines in international markets.

The event was organised by the French-Albanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with support from the French Embassy in Albania and Kub France Tirana, bringing together industry professionals for wine tastings and an exchange of expertise.

The meeting focused on strengthening trade relations between French wine producers and Albanian importers and distributors. Representatives from the hospitality and gastronomy sectors also attended.

Participants sampled a range of wines and learned more about France’s wine-producing regions, the characteristics of their products and the expertise that has established France as a leading name in the sector.

Beyond the tastings, the event provided an opportunity to discuss market developments, consumption trends and changing consumer expectations, while fostering new professional contacts and potential business partnerships between the two countries.

Through “Tastin’ France”, the French-Albanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry continues to support bilateral economic ties, closer cooperation between French and Albanian businesses, and the expansion of French products in the Albanian market.
