Seven Albanian companies showcase olive oil and medicinal plants at SIAL Paris 2026

TIRANA, October 19 /ATSH/ – Seven Albanian SMEs are currently showcasing their products at SIAL Paris 2026, one of the world’s largest food trade fairs, running from October 17 to 21 at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition center.

The companies are exhibiting together in the Albanian pavilion (Hall 4, Stand P130) with the support of the International Trade Centre (ITC), under the “Trade Promotion East” program, which is funded by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).

Biolive and Olivae Oleoteka are showcasing premium extra virgin olive oils, while Amel Extract, Bidaj, BioBes, Ekoprod, and Natural Herbal E.V.R. feature dried herbs, essential oils, and organic products derived from medicinal and aromatic plants. All companies are united under the national brand: “Albania: Nature’s Ingredients for the World.”

“Albania has high-quality products, but international buyers look for more than that: food safety, a stable supply and reliable partners. These companies have worked hard to reach this level and SIAL is the place where they can showcase it,” stated Genti Beqiri, the ITC’s National Project Manager in Albania.

Following the trade fair, the ITC will follow up with each company to record contacts made with buyers, as well as any sales and agreements under negotiation. /p.s./
