TIRANA, September 1 /ATA/ In the domestic foreign currency exchange market, the Albanian lek has appreciated today against all foreign currencies.
According to the official exchange rate of the Bank of Albania, the Euro fell by 0.07 lek to trade at 92.29 lek, while the US Dollar ticked down 0.03 lek to 79.61 lek. The British pound and Swiss franc also lost ground in today’s session, dropping by 0.03 lek and 0.17 lek, respectively.
The domestic foreign exchange market continues to reflect the performance on international stock exchanges, where the US dollar has registered a depreciation in exchange against foreign currencies.
