TIRANA, September 1/ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted today after Germany’s accusations that Russia is behind the drone attack at Leipzig/Halle airport, describing the incident as an act of aggression against Germany and Europe.
In a post on social networks, Rama stressed that, “A drone carrying explosives into Leipzig/Halle Airport is no grew zone. It is a Russian act of aggression against Germany and against the security of Europe, as the German government itself now makes clear”.
“Full solidarity with my friend Friedrich Merz, the German government and the German people. The Chancellor is right to respond with clarity and strength. Hybrid warfare cannot be rewarded with hesitation”, Rama stressed.
The head of government stated that, “Albania stands firmly with Germany, Ukraine and all our NATO allies”.
“We are stronger when we act as one,” Rama stated.
Germany holds Russia responsible for the hybrid attack at Leipzig airport. German Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt said today that police investigations, the manner of the attack and intelligence data lead to the conclusion that Russia is behind the incident. /k.s/r.e/p.s./
