TIRANA, August 10 /ATA/ Today in Qeparo (Himara municipality), the National Inspectorate for Territorial Protection (IKMT) demolished an unauthorized four-story concrete building that included an underground level.
According to IKMT field inspections, the owner used an application for a single-story legalization permit at the State Cadastre Agency as a cover. They rapidly poured concrete to build three extra floors without approval.
IKMT will hand all case files over to the Prosecutor’s Office and is working with police to investigate the violation.
