TIRANA, July 4 (ATA) – President of the Republic Bajram Begaj on Saturday congratulated the United States on the 250th anniversary of its Independence.
In his message, Begaj extended his warmest wishes to U.S. President Donald Trump and the American people.
Begaj said Albania highly values its enduring friendship and strategic partnership with the United States, built on the shared values of freedom, democracy, peace and prosperity.
He also expressed Albania’s gratitude for the United States’ continued support, from its recognition of Albania as a sovereign state to its backing of the country’s key reforms over the past 35 years.
