TIRANA, February 25/ATA/ Early this year, in Fier Memorial Regional Hospital there have been performed over 300 surgical interventions, proving the dedication and professionalism of the medical team, as well as the high standards of the service provided to citizens.
Prime Minister Edi Rama praised the work of the medical staff and the modern technology available to patients.
“At the Fier Memorial Regional Hospital, there have been performed over 300 surgical interventions in early 2026, speaking of the dedication and professionalism of the medical team, with high standards and modern technology at the service of citizens every day,” wrote Rama.
The Fier Memorial Regional Hospital is an investment from Turkey, providing tertiary level services to the entire southern region of the country.
This 150-bed hospital is pioneering the nation’s first autonomous management model.
The hospital offers emergency services, surgery, neurosurgery, cardiovascular surgery, internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, infectious diseases, pulmonology, orthopedics and traumatology. /a.f/p.s./
