TIRANA, January 30 /ATA/ During a press conference today, Chairman of the Democratic Party Sali Berisha announced that on February 10 at 5:00 PM, the opposition will hold the coming national protest in Tirana, appreciating the civic revolt as the only way to remove from office the government of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
“Revolt is the way out to overthrow autocratic dictatorships, just like in other countries,” Berisha said.
During his speech, Berisha accused the government of corruption, theft and state capture, calling it a criminal organization and demanded the creation of a caretaker government and fair elections.
Berisha stated that the Democratic Party supports the initiative of a group of intellectuals to unite all opposition forces in the battle against the government, Berisha said.
Berisha ruled out any cooperation with the ruling majority plunged in corrupted affairs and obstructing justice. /m.q/j.p/p.s./
