TIRANA, January 15 /ATA/ Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Andis Salla is in Berlin, Germany, in context of the Global Forum for Food and Agriculture (GFFA), which this year is taking place under the theme “Water. Harvests. Our Future.”
During the visit, Minister Salla held a meeting with Federal Minister of Agriculture, Food and Regional Identity of Germany Alois Rainer. The talks focused on promotion of bilateral cooperation in the field of agriculture, food security and rural development.
“We discussed on promotion of cooperation in agriculture, food security and rural development”, said Minister Salla. He emphasized that both parties also focused on the positive impact of the bilateral cooperation between Albania and Germany, so far.
According to Minister Salla, thanks to partnership with Germany, Albania has a sustainable support for building institutional capacities, promoting innovation and empowering Albanian farmers and agro-processors.
