TIRANA, Nov 9 /ATA/-By Maela Marini/ Preliminary results in local by-elections in 5 Municipalities are expected to be released by Monday noon.
This was officially confirmed today by the State Election Commissioner, Ilirjan Celibashi, during a press briefing.
Asked about the announcement of the election results in the five municipalities, Celibashi stated that “the counting process in all five municipalities is expected to be completed by midday tomorrow at the latest.”
“Clearly, it depends on voter turnout, but if participation is roughly similar to that of 2023, it is highly likely that we will complete the counting process by midday on Monday,” he added.
