TIRANA, Oct 6 /ATA/ The government platform e-Albania continues to be a key tool in the digitalization of public services and in facilitating access for citizens and businesses to state institutions.
According to official data for September 2025, the platform has recorded a significant increase in use, indicating that citizens are increasingly adapting to technology in their daily lives.
According to statistics released today by e-Albania, a total of 41,147,329 transactions were completed in September 2025.
The e-Albania portal has 3,400,369 registered users, with 1,240,766 applications submitted for electronically sealed documents.
The platform provides 1,262 electronic services, with users having completed 3,331,234 applications for these services.
The widespread use of the e-Albania portal is a clear indication of citizens’ trust as well as the efficiency of public services in the digital age.
