TIRANA, May 21 /ATA/ The Complaints and Sanctions Commission reviewed on Wednesday the appeal submitted by the Albanian Helsinki Committee, concerning the decision of the Central Election Commission to drop the administrative investigation into the complaint filed by the Committee against the Municipality of Durrës.
At the conclusion of the review, the Complaints and Sanctions Commission decided to dismiss the request and uphold the decision of the State Election Commissioner.
The Complaints and Sanctions Commission also reviewed the appeal submitted by the Albanian Helsinki Committee, concerning the decision of the Central Election Commission to drop the administrative investigation into the complaint filed by the Albanian Helsinki Committee against the Municipality of Fier.
At the conclusion of the review, the Complaints and Sanctions Commission decided to reject the request and uphold the decision of the State Election Commissioner.
