TIRANA, Dec 12 /ATA/ – Tirana Municipality announced Thursday the launch of soft housing loan applications under a programme aimed at providing suitable housing for people with limited income, young couples and individuals and individuals through municipal and government housing projects.
The programme offers subsidized and appropriate financing solutions for the eligible applicants under the cooperation between the Municipality of Tirana and the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation.
The process is set to begin on December 12, 2024, and the applications will be filed via the e-Albania government platform.
The mortgage subsidy program has been made available by Tirana Municipality will be handled via the web-based e-Albania platform in collaboration with second-tier banks, in a bid to help making home ownership more affordable by providing low interest rate loans to the eligible categories.
The goal of the project is to provide support for young couples and families to improve their housing and living conditions.
