TIRANA, October 8/ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama stated today that, “The National Program of Work Internship has become a bridge, a work practice, which is not just a work practice to get familiarized with a certain job, but it is precisely the opportunity to get experience to compete within the framework of the law”.
In his speech at the activity for the National Program of Work Internships, Rama said that, “During these 11 years, there has certainly been done a serious and difficult work to transform the public administration”.
“The public administration has certainly had talented people before. Today, you have just entered and you will have the opportunity to get acquainted in ministries or institutions with people who may be about to retire while they have been working for 30 years in the administration; and they are a treasure. Yes, the public administration has neither had the opportunity to feel more motivated, nor the ability to express what it had to do as it did in the screening process because in the past it was an administration violated by political pressure”, Rama underlined.
The National Work Internship Program has been offering opportunities for 9 years for young people to gain work experience by collaborating with career professionals in the public administration. /p.s./
