TIRANA, Sept 6 /ATA/ In domestic foreign exchange market, lek on Friday gained ground versus foreign currencies, compared to the previous day.
According to the official exchange rate of the Bank of Albania, the US dollar (USD) devalued by 0.44 ALL, while the European currency dropped by 0.02 ALL.
The US dollar was exchanged at 89.76 ALL, while the euro was exchanged at 99.71 ALL.
The British pound has lost ground versus the local currency either.
The British currency was exchanged at 118.16 ALL or 0.23 lek less and the Swiss franc is exchanged at 106.63 ALL or 0.42 ALL more than on Thursday.
