TIRANA, August 21/ATA/ The Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime has sent for trial 23 persons who are accused of cultivating narcotic plants carried out in collaboration, that of a structured criminal group.
The Special Prosecutor’s Office said today that it has completed its investigations and has sent for trial File No. 71 which deals with “Cultivation of narcotic plants”, committed in the form of special collaboration of the structured criminal group.
SPAK said that the facts found in the framework of this criminal proceeding relate to the event of 17.06.2022, which occurred in the administrative territory of the village of Vallas, Oblik Administrative Unit. /p.s./
