TIRANA, July 15 /ATA/ Pogradec has become a favorite destination for many local and foreign vacationers.
Prime Minister Edi Rama shared on Monday morning pictures of the vacationers who have chosen Pogradec to spend their holidays in these scorching summer days.
Pogradec and its surroundings make for a major tourist attraction due to nature, culture and history giving it grandeur, while the lake gives it charm.
In addition to the lake, Pogradec boasts many other natural beauties on its outskirts, in the surrounding villages, there are important cultural and historical monuments that are eye-catching.
There is beauty everywhere in this city like Lini, a small peninsula on the western shores of Lake Ohrid with a beautiful village name after it. Pogradec is also home to many medieval churches, such as the church of Saint Bitr, which the locals have learned to call the church of Saint Bitr, located a few hundred meters from the village of Potkozhan.
Pogradec is packed with tourists and visitors all year round, but this summer is expected to be even more lively, as the city is more beautiful, with more activities and quality service.
