TIRANA, June 23 /ATA/ – Prime Minister Edi Rama shared Sunday images showing the beautiful sand beaches in Darezezë, southern Albanian municipality of Fier.
Darëzezë is one of the most beautiful coastal areas with long stretches of sandy beaches with curative and healing properties. With 18-km long and little-explored coastline, Fier district has immense potential to become a significant summer tourist destination.
The government head selected a collection of views from Darëzezë to promote this area on the shores of Adriatic Sea.
The little explored sandy and crystal-clear water beaches in Darzeze and Seman are becoming popular destinations for foreign tourists in particular.
The Adriatic Sea beaches in Darzeza, Semani, Ndernenas and Pish Poro along Fier’s coastline are long sandy beaches that offer tranquality and fun at the same time.
The 7-km long Seman beach is located some 18 kilometres west of the southern city of Fier. The coastline of Fier also includes the beach Darezeze, some 13,7 kilometres from the city, the beach of Ndernenas around 8 km, and Pish Poro beach about 9.5 km from Fier.
The endless sandy coastline with healing properties, family beaches with warm shallow waters rich with aquatic life are on offer at this part of Adriatic.
Meanwhile, traditional wishes with locally-grown ingredients and produce and affordable prices attract a growing number of holidaymakers.
The coastline of Fier offers not only beaches, but also adventure venues, exploration, clay target shooting in the woods, fishing and extreme sports.
