TIRANA, June 11 /ATA/ -By Maela Marini/ Prime Minister Edi Rama, at the same time chairman of the Socialist Party, announced today that the new platform for the selection of deputies will be launched at the Electoral Congress of the SP.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the new platform for the selection of SP deputies will be based on the experience of the past elections.
“We designed for the first time a digital platform called “The MP we want” and collected a significant number of expressions of interest to be part of the selection process of SP deputies. Some of the young people who signed up for that platform were included on our election lists”, he added.
Rama emphasized that “in the future selections, the platform will be wider and will foresee a somewhat more elaborate process.”
“For this reason, it is good to give ourselves the necessary time from the Electoral Congress until the moment when the list of deputies of the Socialist Party will be selected,” he emphasized.
Rama emphasized that beyond the election of the National Assembly, the Congress will also provide an overview of the general situation in the country by designing the work for the program of the fourth term in the light of the vision “Albania 2030.”
