TIRANA, November 17/ATA/ Today, it’s the third day of the 26th Book Fair “Tirana 2023”. There are more promotions, meetings and discussions on the challenges facing books and reading.
One of the meetings that will take place in the Oval Hall of the Palace of Congresses will be the one with the Italian writer Viola Ardone. She will present the book “Children’s Train”, published by the “Dituria” publishing house.
Ardone’s debut as an author was in 2012 with the novel “The recipe for the heart trouble” followed in 2016 by “A sentimental revolution”. In 2019, she published the novels “Children’s Train”, also translated into Albanian, an editorial event at the Frankfurt Fair of that year and translated into over thirty languages and which will soon be on the Netflix.
Viola Ardone’s visit was supported by the Italian Institute of Culture.
Among the other promotions that are scheduled today at the Book Fair will be “Genocide of Serbia in Kosovo” by Arsim Bajrami, “On Serbian collective guilt”, with the presence of the author Shkëlzen Maliqi, “Fairytales” by H. Hesse and “The artificial paradise of drugs” by Urania Mandro./p.s./
